Opposite the mountain village of Plata, there is the locality of Stulles. Located on a plateau at 1,317 m a.s.l, this village has some 230 inhabitants. Due to its location, Stulles is the most sunny place of Val Passiria, offering a fabulous view on the mountains of the Alta Val Passiria. These mountains can not only be admired from afar, but you can also scale them.
Stulles is for example starting point for tours onto the Guardia Alta and the Grande Punta di Montecroce. Guided walks are offered just as horse riding, rafting and hang-gliding. Worth a visit is also the waterfalls of Stulles, which cascades 342 metres down into the depth. There you can also find a via ferrata.
