In the middle of a breathtaking mountain world, surrounded by wonderful alpine meadows and larch forests our Gasthof Schönau *** is situated.
At the end of the Val Passiria valley, a few kilometres before the Passo Rombo (Timmelsjoch, 2474 m), a guesthouse newly built in 2015 awaits you.
At an altitude of 1,720 m a.s.l., you can see the course of the Passo Rombo road from the sun terrace and from all rooms in the summer until just before the border into the Ötztal valley.
In winter, however, you can expect a snow-covered mountain world and enjoy the unique location with a magnificent mountain scenery all around.
Let us spoil you with friendly hospitality and traditional South Tyrolean cuisine. Lovingly furnished rooms, a large sun terrace and a sauna with a relaxation room will make your holiday a memorable experience.
