Plars di Mezzo belongs to the grape village of Lagundo and impresses with its its unique hillside position at 400 m asl, scenically surrounded by orchards and vineyards, making Plars di Mezzo a memorable place to stay. Feel the relaxation after a pleasant walk along the Roggia di Lagundo (Waalweg path), going directly past the village. This 6 km long promenade snakes along a former irrigation canal and is also walkable with kids.
Recommendable is also a hike on the trail no. 7 to Plars di Sopra and the Castello di Plars, while the Schlundenstein circular walk is ideal to get used to trekking in the first days of your holiday. Its name derives from a huge rock of the Ice Age that is also popular with those who love bouldering. By the way, Plars di Mezzo is also site of the alpine dairy of Lagundo, offering a variety of tasty and distinctive dairy products.
