Trip cancellation and insurance policy
In these uncertain times, we would like to give you a little security! That’s why we have changed our cancellation policy in your favour: during the whole 2020 season (until November 5th) you can change or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. If you have already paid a deposit, we will convert it into a holiday voucher to redeem at any time in the future.
We would like to thank all our guests for their loyalty, which is very valuable to us!
