The Association "Freunde der Eisenbahn" (Friends of the Railway) offers all train-loving visitors the opportunity to get to know the world of the railway in Naturno. The historic railway station "Senales" (Schnalsthal), from where many a monarch started his holiday in the area during the imperial and royal period, is now an adventure station.
The rides with the field railway on the 800-metre-long course are particularly popular, here even a real steam locomotive is running. Another fun activity is the trolley ride, which takes you along a 500-metre track under muscle power. There are also two carriages of the Rhaetian Railway in the area of the Adventure Train Station, where you can immerse yourself in the world of the railway through media, a small playground and a lovely café.
The Adventure Train Station Naturno can be reached by train from Merano or Malles, during opening hours the regional train stops directly at the station "Schnalsthal" (the stop is not announced) as well as via the cycle path or by car.
