In the Burgraviato hearty food and sweet chestnuts are offered at the Törggelen
In the farm inns, country inns and wine cellars gorgeous dishes are served in October and November. For the Törggelen dumplings of all kinds are shaped, Schlutzkrapfen are prepared, barley broth or vegetable soups are flavoured or so-called “Schlachtplatten” platters are served, with sauerkraut, sausages and salt meat. Sometimes also a tasty and varied “Marend” is dished up.
The delicacies are topped off with roasted chestnuts and filled Krapfen. All these delicacies go perfectly with a good glass of wine. Sounds nice, doesn’t it?!
