A special kind of garden can be visited in Cermes near Lana and Merano - arts and nature, combined in a unique way
Image gallery: Art Garden Kränzelhof
The Kränzelhof Art Garden is a work of art characterised by constant growth, change and transformation. It is located in the Kränzel Winery, a magnificent manor house and medieval farmstead that extends over an area of approximately 4.5 hectares of vineyards and orchards. The natural beauties of the Art Garden, also called the 7 Gardens, unfold here. There is also a labyrinth garden among them.
"The Art Garden wants to prove that everybody can live in harmony with nature and contemporaneously show how creative even small enterprises might be. Among the target groups are obviously all nature lovers, those interested in culture and arts and wine enthusiasts, looking for an intellectual way of relaxation and inner harmony. If you are interested in spirituality you might want to discover and interpret the garden's astral principles." (Franz Graf Pfeil)
In this wonderful 2-ha large ambience, meditations, e.g. at full moon, as well as various exhibitions and events take place on a regular basis. The Art Garden is complemented by a wine bar and a restaurant.
