Did you know that many local plants are not only healthy, but also incredibly versatile? On the herb hike in Walten/Valtina, you will immerse yourself in the fascinating world of medicinal and wild plants. Herbalist Rosi will show you how the little treasures of nature can strengthen your health and promote your well-being. Which plant helps with minor ailments? Which leaves and flowers are perfect in the kitchen and conjure up delicious dishes? Together we will collect "wild herbs" and later transform them into delicious wild herb dishes with chef Siegi.
By the end of the hike, you will not only have discovered the diversity of herbs, but also their practical applications for your life.
