From grain to Kaiserschmarren

No matter whether on the alpine pasture, in the restaurant or in the hotel. Everyone knows the popular South Tyrolean delicacy "Kaiserschmarren", which can be found on almost every menu. After a short hike, participants can experience the path "from grain to Kaiserschmarren" in the MuseumPasseier. With various hands-on activities in the open-air area, it is shown in an interesting way how a Kaiserschmarren is made from grain. At the end, you can savour the delicious Kaiserschmarren in the farmhouse parlour before heading back along the Andreas Hofer Trail.
